A. dear continue to take the calcium and Vitamin D supplements as prescribed by doctor have a balanced nutritious diet consisting of variety of food groups especially calcium foods , low fat milk and its product almonds, amaranth or rajgira vegetable and atta, ragi, soya drumstick leaves, broccoli, okra, fish with Edible Bones, adequate exposure to sunlight physiotherapist may help with exercise to strengthen back and knee muscles to relieve pain
