Q.

after delivery m gaining too much weight . I don't have time to workout and all how I reduce my weight.

Hi mom, you ll have to make 20-30 mins of time.for exercise..Weight loss is possible only with the right combination of diet and exercise..Some tips you can follow * Start your day with a glass of Luke warm.lemon water which helps to kick start your metabolism for the day. * Have a healthy and balanced diet. * Eat short and frequent meals * Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. * Have a good breakfast and light dinner * Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water every day

A. Hi parent take couple of bites less than what you really want to include more milleys and probiotics in your food and reduce the grain intake don't use package and processed food
