Q.

after delivery I lost my weight rapidly. everyone says take care of yourself kuch khaya piya kro n all how to gain little more weight?

A. Hello Include caloric dense foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado banana potato paneer for healthy weight gain Rest a little. Take help from others for the baby & household work

A. hello...foods which help in weight gain everyday....Potatoes are good .. .it's rich in carbohydrates, amino acids and dietary fibre. ...ghee in every food is good. Eggs are considered overall healthy proteins and fats both there...Bananas+ milk is good. ... Dairy products. ...paneer is good Chicken and other lean meats. ... Dry fruits. .
