Q.

After delivery I have thyroid and my doctor prescribed me 12.5mg tablet of thyronorm… it is necessary to take this or it’s just very low mg of tablet so doesn’t need to take ? Because I’m skipping for long time to take any medicine

A. If you are skipping it for a long time and do not see any obnoxious weight gain or something into your body then you can skip the medicine because it’s a minor dose that the doctor has suggested but I would recommend you to get a thyroid test done once again to check your levels also there are some yoga exercises which really help a lot and reducing down thyroid naturally if you are not having any kind of medicines
