after delivery I got si many pimple on my face.now how can I remove it? please help me

Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
