After delivery i got my periods on very next month, is it fine? I’m having regular cycle and blood loss is there, it would affects my milk supply as my baby is 3 months old only and she is completely on breast feeding.

A. If you are having heavy bleeding then pls consult your doctor. After delivery this type of things happens and it takes some time to regularize but you should eat proper nutritious food daily so that your baby can get that nutrition
