A. Dr suggests a postpartum diet similar to what she encourages pregnant women to eat, especially when breastfeeding. This includes: Predominantly whole foods — lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, good quality proteins (eggs, chicken, fish, seafood, nuts/seeds, organic tofu, full-fat dairy).
