hemorrhoids are very common post delivery to make dietary changes for the same it is important for you to include more of soluble fibre food in your diet along with high water for fluid intake

Make sure that u are not constipated
Drink adequate water in a day and include fiber rich food like Papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia cabbage roti etc in ur diet to get relief from constipation.
