after delivery I am facing huge hair fall and even my weight is not decreasing can you please suggest something?

Do Two things first of all start applying mamma earth onion oil and shampoo for your hair fall that having good results and for second your weight loss start going for any kind of exercise that you really enjoy that will continue doing due to the motivation and dieting as well
