After COVID loose motion happening in kids. Please suggest what we should do and the cause of the same. Thank you for the suggestions.

A. the baby is more than two years after covid there are loose motions the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
