Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. can be because of less immunity after some viral infections yes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby

Fever and coughing and chilli mostly happens due to Poorimmunity and actually after Covid everybody’s Pai Chetana when it comes to immunity sari that could be one of the basic reasons so you can start with multivitamin and iron supplement currently that’s going to hell
