Q.

After completing 1 year.. Arushika's weight is 8kg 300gm.. What should we do to that she put on weight.. Her diet contains, rice, dal, egg, fish, carrot, potatoes, soya beans, ghee, halwa, walnuts, biscuits and cerelac... 4 times.. Early morning 10 spoon of cerelac,... Then 2/3 biscuits or suji halwa at 10 in the morning, then at 2:00 pm rice, dal, boiled sabji with fish, then in the evening, suji halwa at 6 pm. And finally at dinner at 10 :30 pm same as lunch only one boiled egg in place for fish...

A. 8.3 kg is nice weight. gi e her 3 to 4 times solid. Give all family food in soft n roughly mashed form. No food restrictions, can give everything.

A. Hi mom Ideally the weight gets triple the birth weight by one year. If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Include ghee. include milk products like paneer curd cheese, banana shake, potatoes, avocado, ragi, chicken,sweet potatoes etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
