Q.

after cesarean my back pain hurting me a lot... can you please tell me what I should do to reduce back pain and how to loose weight

A. Regarding this concern your local doctor will guide you in a proper way and the doubts can be cleared accordingly in this .so you can discuss and get the solution for your queries . A. U Did not provide us any information as to When did you have your C-section surgery you should have at least give in those details anyways I’ll just tell you to consult your gynaecologist once you can do some painkillers also you can give heat pad or hot water bottle to reduce
