After c section my baby is 5 month but brest milk supply is lower.and I m using formula but she is not getting proper feed. how to increase milk supply..

You can take Shatavari powder three times in the day which is what is going to be helpful for you it’s a tried and tested the supplement with a lot of women take to increase the breastfeeding so I believe that is going to be equally good for you as well
