after c section delivery iron aur calcium ki medicine leni chahiye ?? main baby ko feed krati hun to mujhe iron ki medicine kitni der pahle leni h baby ko breast feed krane se main bhot weak feel krti hun face b dull ho gya h aur dark circle b aa gye hain plz help me

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes post delivery calcium and iron supplements is a must and it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
