After c section delivery how many months should we avoid watching tv and Mobile?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning you should try to maintain a restriction of 45 days after the delivery after that you can go ahead and carry on the way you were before the delivery there is no issue till that we don't have time I would recommend you to avoid
