After birth what we should eat for fit body

A. Dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother, you should have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Also increase one healthy meal more as compared to before because requirements of the breastfeeding mother's are high. Eat mindfully, avoid intake of high fat, sugar and salt containing processed packaged food. You should avoid excess ghee and oil intake. Have lean protein sources and good intake of seasonal fruits and vegetables, small frequent meals. Do not skip breakfast. Have good water intake.
