A. Salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load. And babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and bm. You can make your baby food more interesting and tasty by adding spices appropriate to the age of the baby. Sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children. Excess sugar may cause caries andtooth decay in children.

A. Salt is not good for kidneys. They are in development stage and it’s too hard for them to digest it. Refined sugar does no good to anyone. Kids who eat sugar at this early stage tend to get obese, cavity issues, diabetics, etc

A. Foods for children, especially babies should not contain salt and sugar. In fact, babies do not need processed salt and sugar because their bodies extract sugar and salt from food in their natural form. The kids' diet plan should comprise of natural ingredients helping them eat better and grow better.
