Q.
After 6-7 weeks of c section,i’m still suffering from tapped gas and constipation . Even this problem getting worse day by day. What should i do?

You can take laxative that is going to be helpful and in general include more of fibres and fluids into your diet which would be very helpful and will help in better digestion and motion would be easier but it would be good for you to consult your doctor once
