after 4 month of cesarean delivery I have back pain and unable to stand without support

A. Begin exercising soon after delivery to restore abdominal and back muscle tone. Ten minutes of stretching exercises on the floor each day will restore hip and back flexibility. This can be done when the baby is taking a nap.

A. Hi dear mom. Do hot fomenting on the back to get relief from back pain. Take calcium supplements till u breast feed ur baby. It is important. Do not lift your baby for long hours. Feed in comfortable position.
