Q.

after 3 months of pregnancy my huge breast milk become decresed now I m in panic what should I do now

A. Hi mom Do not panic. Have lactare tablets two times a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there . Have adequate water and milk during the day as this helps to improve lactation
