Q.

after 3 months I got my period, I want to breast feed my baby but it's decreasing day by day. can I increase my breastmilk supply after getting period?

A. hi..yes periods has nothing to do with breast milk supply..for good breast milk supply u need to eat good. Drink plenty of water and sleep well for optimal breast milk production. In case you feel that your milk production is low, you can speak to a lactation consultant about using a galactagogue. Some examples of herbal galactagogues include fenugreek leaves and seeds, garlic, fennel, barley, and alfalfa.
