after 2nd baby .. i became very thin i want to gain weight please help

A. Hello mom firstly check for your thyroid levels as to the reason for your weight loss , also take good healthy high calorie diet such as dry fruits and nuts , eggs if preferred, fresh fruit milk shakes , seasonal fruits and vegetables such as mango , banana, avocado, Chikku etc lentils and legumes, stuff paranthas, panner , ghee etc
