Q.
after 25 days of normal delivery with stitches I am getting pain and blood while passing motion and can't sit for some time after passing motion

The pain while passing stool can be due to hard stool. To softened the stool have isabgol with warm milk before sleeping to get relief from constipation.
If the pain is increasing day by day then consult with ur doctor to rule out any infection
