After 2.5 months of delivery, I am observing white patches on both sides of my lips. what could be the reason and is there anything to worry about?

It may be due to train is it that is very common otherwise it could be due to some calcium deficiency of skin related problem without a proper check up it’s very difficult to say what could be the reason behind it so you should check with your doctor to a better clarity on this
