after 1years of post normal delivery still i have more weaknesses in my body. and i have tiredness. more body pain . bones and joints pain expert can you please help me and my skin got very much dark and dull i have more hair fall

A. It happens when we don't continue our healthy diet and supplements. As a women when we came to our routine we don't take care of ourselves but it's wrong Atleast when you are feeding we must take care of ourselves too.
