Q.
After 1 month and 11 days of my delivery the breast milk is not producing. So I am taking milkrain medicine. But what else can I do to produce more Milk? any medicine or powder for me to drink.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy11 months agoA. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult your doctor for further assistance in this regard
