actually there was some wax in my kid ear...we slightly tried to remove the ear wax by using dewax with one of the doctor advice....but she started crying with pain slightly....and day by day pain got increased.....we went to other hospital to get the ear check but doctor told not to remove the wax unless it is impacted wax...he also gave cold syrup and antibiotic for 2 weeks and pain has decreased slightly ( but not completely)......she is getting suffered with pain if I touch that ear
