Q.

Actually my child age is four years completed but still he is unable to speak So can you please advice me and we already started speach therapy

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4.4 years old and he doesn’t speak properly so see if he has a tongue tie or mental retarded/delayed milestones and late speaking so continue speech therapy and consult with neurophysician
