Q.
Accidentally gave my 4 months 26 days old baby water around 60ml during formula feeding at night. After reading several articles online i am worried about her health now. Kindly suggest what to do in this case.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you are not advised to give water because it feels up the stomach capacity and does not provide any nutrition that is why only mother's milk called formula milk to be given that give the nutrition as well as provide hydration but if given water once not to worry about health issues but avoid in future
