Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy7 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! AC temperature should be around 26° which you can use for an hour or so. Do not make your baby lie down immediately under the AC or directly under the AC. A bit away is advisable. Check with your doctor for further advice.
