If you want to go for home remedies and your child is six months complete then you can take a ginger juice and make some jaggery or dates into that and that you can give to the child normally it is mixed with honey but honey is not advisable under the age of one this home remedy you can do twice or thrice a day and don’t give water on that for at least 40 minutes
