Aaryav's teeth is not fully grown, but now even that are not falling down to grow new teeth. could you please advise how to take care of it

Following of the teeth is fine but what do you mean by saying the proper teeth has come previously that is not clear to me because if the teeth proper then didn’t you consult a dentist in the first place and now the teeth are breaking and the new ones are coming then it is not an issue maybe the new ones will be proper but you should just check with a dentist
