A. Intermittent fasting you can follow for at least 12 to 16 hours in the day when you finish your dinner by 6 PM to 6:30 PM in the night and the next meal in the morning should start by 1030 and if you do any basic exercise like brisk walk or something with that and that is going to give you excellent results
