It should be somewhere around 18 kgs as of 6 KG underweight and for me accordingly it’s a big concern so you can check with your doctor sometimes these things happen when the child does not eat well or there is a major nutritional deficiency which leads to weight stagnancy even after eating well so so better to check with your doctor for a full physical assessment
