A white layer is on my daughter's tongue. should I clean or it goes with the time?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 8 months of age if the baby is having white coating on the tongue you have to clean it sometimes if it is persistent can be because of fungal infection also
