A small blister turns into big scar? is this is psoriosis?

A. Without a physical assessment it would be difficult to say because just by looking this picture I really cannot tell you whether this is the situation or not so it’s better to check with your paediatrician on a personal level or as soon as a doctor would be available if they can understand they will definitely help you with it
