Q.

a mother who doesn't and never feed her new born baby for 2 months after he born, can now she able to breast feed her baby? and the new born baby had drank formulas milk in feeding bottle for the past 2 months? can the baby able to breast feed ? obviously its difficult for the baby to latch because it have the habit of drinking in feeding bottle?

A. You can take some lactation supplements if they help in increasing your breastfeeding then you can start breastfeeding now also that’s not a problem if the mother has sufficient flow at any point of time it is not going to be difficult for your child to latch on to that it is just a matter of time so you can try taking supplements to increase your feeling for the child
