A. hi.... increase fluid (water) intake and more fibre rich foods like cucumber in diet

A. And if the motion is easy then there is not a problem but if the motion is hard then it may be a matter of concern in that case your child could probably be dehydrated you really need to increase the amount of water and fibre for the child
