Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. dear mother in case you are suffering from any kind of English definitely you need a medicine or else it can a dehydrate you you must start taking ORS and coconut water at regular intervals and eat healthy and light diet if you do not find relief with this tablet to take doctor's recommendation
