A 10-month-old baby had mucus with a little blood in her stool. She was started on antibiotics, and the blood in the mucus stopped. However, when the medicine was stopped after two days, the blood with mucus in the stool recurred. What could be the reason for this, and how can it be treated? How long should the treatment ?

Okay so do you know previously what was the reason for what antibiotics we have been given that you have not stated because that reason is still there because when you see blood in motion it’s usually associated with stomach infection but as of now as you mentioned that you gave antibiotics things weren’t control now it is happening in the same way so it could be associated with protein allergy also I would advise you to get a stool culture test done for your child
