94.8 f temperature of 4.5 old month baby boy. And crying in sleep. And waking up with crying. Is it hypothermia. How to deal with it. Please guide immediately

A. baby is crying may be due to gastric trouble so you can give collicaid to your baby and also Himalayas Bonnisan son 3 timesidhi a day this will help in proper digestion and will have soothing effect . .
