Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy6 days agoA. Hello! Ideally breastmilk produces very less waste after digestion. Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week. It is fine as long as the baby is not showing any any discomfort symptoms. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand.
