Every baby is different in achieving milestones.
By eight months Babies they start to roll over, can sit independently without support, the baby will be saying words like pa ma ga da etc and prepares herself /himself to crawl.

He can lean forward and pick up objects with one hand.
it can start making sounds also and blabber too
He understands more words than before from your speech.
