first diagnosed when he is 3 months old and todays stool report is also positive, I am trying to give breast milk but his poop is getting watery running....he is habitual to take 3-4 night feed, at this time I am unable to feed him, he is very crying what should I do for him that he takes breast milk while sleeping....is there any treatment for lactose intolerance
doc suggest isomilk but at night it is very hard to feed isomilk because he is habitual to breast feeding during sleep
pls help 🙏

in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
