my baby is 4 months one week old her thumb is still in her palm..she opens palm and thumb as well but when she close her hand thumb is tucked inside.. should I be concerned

A. Mam very difficult to understand the condition and situation also you haven’t posted a picture so it’s better to consult your doctor in person to whatever the situation is they can assist you the best on that and accordingly what is meant to be done
