Stop making their food all mushy. They're ready for more chunky stuff.
Give them lots of different things to eat with their hands, both during meals and for snacks.
Try to give them three meals and two snacks a day, but pay attention to when they're actually hungry.
Keep breastfeeding. It's still really good for them.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello u can be giving baby semi solid food and liquid based food in the diet and you can include home made cerelac rice dal ghee curd banana avocado potatoes and also sweet potato ragi which are all healthy and nutritious and good for the baby growth
