Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out with this question of the child is 8 months old you can give you baby 3 meals a day however continue to remain focused on mothers milk which remains the main source of Nutrition until you child turns one year old now that you've already introduced rice and dal you can start introducing whole grains like the liya rava Suji Ragi and you can also start introducing almost all fruit except for citrus fruits just make sure that this fruits are seasonal in nature and secondly all vegetables can also be introduced one by one just use the same Thumb Rule of keeping a gap of 4 days between any two new ingredients
