as per my opinion,if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about your child appearance .
because for a child ,it is more important to stay happy and active then any other things.
for Healthy weight gain, please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
give starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
