Hope you have gotten your ultrasound done by your doctor plus you should start with necessary supplements required specially folic acid plus at the same time I would recommend you to eat well and start taking a healthy diet from the beginning itself and after three months completing check with the doctor if you can start with basic exercising for normal vaginal delivery
